im not sure how old those reviews are below.. but over the last few years, with this increased property prices its a whole new crowd. i find it very friendly and family focused.

Thanks for the review . I'm planning to buy in Clarendon Vale. Can you advice if there are areas I need to avoid. Are there still many streets with housing commission dwellings? I'm about to put an offer on a house in Barker Avenue near the Catholic school and the oval.
