"Highly Recommend Investing"
Great location with massive upside potential; this could be a 1 Million 4 bed house location within the next year, with all the infrastructure being built.
Highly recomment Rokeby!

Tasmania's Better Housing Futures program initially involved 504 public-housing dwellings in Rokeby and Clarendon Vale. Rokeby has relatively high social/public housing presence, high rental prevalence, and a lower-income demographic compared with many Hobart suburbs.

Million dollar home, pfft. Give it a rest and stop trying to pump your investment there. Rokeby has for a long time been considered one of Hobarts least desirable areas. Its a housing commision area and full of bogans.
