- Eating out and Community feeling
- Public Transport...
- Shopping Options...
- Education - Close to Schools/University
- Rental Value - good returns
- Lots of History
Not great for
- Parramatta council need to provide better roads and need to work on more parking
- Create more medium density zonings allowing more dwellings within same available land
- More infrastucture development is needed by council like lift to railway station
