I have bought a house in Nollamara in Laythorn street (Dianella Border) after consulting to few of my friends who are living for some time here. Before buying I did a thorough research of my own. Had options to buy in other suburb as well but at last used to visit Nollamara every now & then to have a feel about it. & now after moving in I realize that it was one of the best decision I've made in my life. it is so peaceful & quiet. Nice neighbours. Close to schools, beach, public transport, shopping options & much more close to city. The people who are making negative comments are the people who have not seen the recent developments & newly built houses & residents now. OR they can not afford to buy here.
