"The New Surfers Paradise Beachfront - Almost Upon Us"

The Esplanade is the central beachfront strip of Surfers Paradise. A hive of activity, the Surfers Paradise Foreshore remodelling is well under way and due to be complete mid 2011.

Over three stages, stage one is due for completion in September this year. Juniper, creaters of Soul apartments have the central stage under way and Council are due to commence stage 2 in the coming months.

Combining this with the completion of Soul late 2010, bringing superb beachfront dining, retail and entertainment, The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise will become a landmark location, nationally and overseas.

Property values by the beach have seen and continue to see strong long term capital growth. I will continue to invest in property in these prime and sought-after locations.

Cavill Avenue

"The home of Circle on Cavill"

One of three streets that bounds The Circle in Surfers Paradise, Cavill Avenue is known as inner city Gold Coast.

Some of our highest demand for property purchases is in The Circle buildings for their proximity to Surfers Paradise Beach, Nerang River, the new Hilton & Soul precincts, Surfers Paradise Foreshore and Rapid Transit System.

At today's prices, a great lifestyle decision can be made at The Circle.

Enderley Avenue

"Central, Peaceful, By the Beach"

I moved to Enderley Avenue in 2001. Great central location, walk to Northcliffe Surf Club, Central surfers, beach, <$10 taxi ride to Broadbeach.

Property I own in the street has appreciated substantially and consistently grown in demand.

The Rapid Transit System is due to service through Enderley Avenue and with the closure of Enderley Avenue at Remembrance Drive, is even more peaceful and very much beach side.

Very highly recommended.

Surfers Paradise

"Surfers Paradise - Have you visited lately?"

So much has changed.

The Chevron Renaissance development, commencing in 2000 was the catalyst for the revival of Surfers Paradise.

Circle on Cavill raised the bar, now Hilton and Soul are poised to open the new chapter of the Gold Coasts glitter strip.

The Boulevard Tower of the colloquially-known 'Hilton' development and the first 40 levels of Soul will be completed late 2010. Each bringing with it an expanded selection of restaurant, dining and entertainment options to rival some of the best Australia has to offer.

The Surfers Paradise Foreshore redevelopment stage one ($25m) is well under way as is Juniper Group contribution to this project.

The Gold Coast Rapid Transit project has secured funding commitments totalling
AUD$949 million from three levels of government. 2014 should see the first of the Gold Coast Rapid Transit vehicles travelling the route (stage one) between Griffith University & Broadbeach.

Between the River and the Beach; Come visit the new Surfers Paradise.

Hamilton Avenue

"The home of Q1 and so much more..."

Some of the best dining can be found in and around Hamilton Ave - All within a 50m radius:

Alfresco's - One of the Gold Coasts favourite Italian restaurants for many years
Dehli Darbar - Traditional Indian cuisine and authentic tandoor
22 Restaurant - Italian and Australian menu
The Seafood Place - Fish, chips and burgers
Mondo Pizza - Pizza, pasta, seafood
Cold Rock Ice Creamery
Hanazono Teppanyaki - Japanese bar & grille
Q1 Beach Club Cafe - Within the grounds of Q1 Resort & Spa, overlooking the lagoon pools
Absynthe - Fine dining. Become Addicted

And the latest addition to the strip:
Crust Pizza

All within an easy stroll of each other including two convenience stores, bottle shops, cafe and one block to the beach.

Having previoulsy lived in Q1 for over 4 years I highly recommend Hamilton Avenue.

Surfers Paradise

"Arguably the best waterfront location on the Gold Coast"

Three blocks from Surfers Paradise Beach is the entrance to Isle of Capri.

Waterfront and dry living in the heart of Paradise, Isle of Capri offers an entry level home price of approximately $700,000. Many homes in the area have been either extensively remodelled or demolished and rebuilt to an enviable standard.

Home values in excess of $5m are not uncommon.

Considering investing or living in one of the greatest locations on the Gold Coast? Isle of Capri should be on the top of your list.

Peninsular Drive

"Under-appreciated, inner-city living. One block to Cavill Ave, two blocks to the beach!"

Late 2010 will see the completion of Hilton Boulevard Tower andthe first 30 levels of Soul on the Surfers Paradise beachfront. Each bringing with it an extension of the dining, entertainment and shopping offered by the new Circle on Cavill and Chevron Renaissance developments.

The Surfers Paradise Foreshore is currently being redeveloped (stage one underway - $25m). Juniper Group, devloping Soul, are constructing the centre section of the Foreshore redevelopment.

All this within a few blocks of 'cheap' real estate in Peninsular Drive.
