I loved living in Epping. It has wonderful transport access (bus to everywhere and trains to city). It's far enough away from the city that you feel like you've come home and can relax. It's so quiet and is only walking distance to shops and local restaurants. For cyclists there are loads of great cycle paths. Great schools and TAFE are a short walk too.
