Learmonth is an up and coming area just outside of Ballarat. Friendly locals with a good community spirit. Good sporting facilities and close to Ballart for shopping and dining. Great place to raise a family. The lake is the jewel in the crown and is used for recreation and has good fishing. More and more infrastrucure being built. Great local cafe and pub with tasty and reasonable priced meals. I think it is only going to get better and better
