This is a very boring and parochial place. Everything shuts at 5pm. There’s no Uber or Uber Eats. Everyone lives in ugg boots and old tracksuit pants. It’s a long drive to Adelaide (also boring) and the Freeway is always blocked or having roadworks done. The climate here is too hot in summer and FREEZING in winter. I can’t think of one redeeming feature about Mount Barker.
