Scenic Place is short and quiet. Children can play in the street without fear and walk to school. There are good private and public schools in the area.
The neighbours watch out for one another but aren't in each other's pockets.
The river is at the end of the street and is good for all forms of recreation. For the pet owners there is an off leash park between us and the river where pet owners gather for their daily chat.
