Riverwalk Avenue

"Riverwalk to everything"

Located on a picturesque lake, Riverwalk Avenue is the closest residential precinct of Robina to the popular Robina Town Centre, just a 2 minute stroll across the lake and you're there to take advantage of the boutique shopping, department stores, grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants and cafes. It's a perfect little pocket of tranquility yet close to everything. Walk to Robina Train Station and Robina High. A range of resale terrace homes and apartments are available, as well as brand new 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in "38 Riverwalk".

Robina

"Robina ticks every box"

Going through the category ratings like public transport, parking, schools, shopping, medical facilities, eating out etc... Robina really does tick every box. The recently refurbished Robina Town Centre is the Gold Coast's largest and most popular shopping, entertainment and dining precinct with the Coast's only David Jones (and a range of other department stores and boutiques), plus Event Cinemas, and a number of cafes and lakeside restaurants. There's the newly upgraded Robina Hospital and the new Qld Health medical precinct, we have the Robina transport hub with train station, and buses servicing the whole Coast. Skilled Park Stadium, golf courses, parks and lakeside walking tracks throughout make Robina a healthy choice for outdoor activities. Parking is free and abundant.

Best of all it is at the geographic heart of the Gold Coast close to everything, yet far enough away from the tourist strip, so it is very popular with locals including owner occupiers and high long term rental demand making it a great place to live or invest with a high population and price growth. Property choice is abundant in a range of prices and styles from new property like Paddington Terraces @ Robina from $399,000, 38 Riverwalk (new apartments) from $499,000, and a range of good quality resale detached houses, townhouses and apartments. Robina property holds its value very well compared to the Gold Coast at a whole with price growth of over 5%pa for the past 10 years.

Great for

  • Shopping, dining, entertainment
  • Robina Hospital and Medical precinct
  • Transport, schools and other conveniences
