"Quiet suburban area"
Quiet suburban area with everything you need. Great suburb to raise a family. Local shops available, parks and a lake, schools (private, public - primary and high school. No train station but buses available and arrive frequently. Houses have big backyard as well as front yard. Friendly neighbourhood and community. Lived here for 22 years and never experienced any violence
