Rangewood

"Excellent place to live - lifestyle plus!"

Rangewood is a small suburb comprising of residential acreage between 1 and 3 acres in size. It is tucked away off Harvey Range road in a beautiful leafy spot. It is quiet, safe and has a great neighbourhood atmosphere.

There is no shopping or restaurants in Rangewood - but this is not necessarily a bad thing. Rangewood is only an 8 minute drive from Kirwan and Willows Shopping Centre. The Cannon Park shopping complex and cinemas are also in the area. Pleanty of restaurant and pubs - including Irish Finnigan's!

Unlike it's close neighbour Rupertswood - all established Rangewood properties have a bore with an excellent underground water supply - so keeping your piece of paradise green is not a problem.

Other nearby attractions include: Dairy Farmer's Stadium (home of the Cowboys), Riverway Park, Harvey's Range Tea-house, and more.

All-round, a great subbur to live in...

Like any acreage though, there are things to watch. Rangewood is in a flat area and although the soil drains quickly, water does lie around homes and properties during the wet months. There are also the usual suspects like snakes and spiders, but nothing out of the ordinary.

If you are not used to living in acreage and cannot handle the constant demands of a large garden, then Rangewood is not the place for you. There are no small residential blocks - and that is the way the residents like to have it.

If you want space, peace, quiet and a great place to bring up the family - then we look forward to seeing you in the neighbourhood!
