Beverly Hills is a great area particularly for young families. It punches above its weight in terms of restaurant and entertainment offerings with a very multicultural spread of dining establishments as well as cafes, grocery shops, chemists and even a cinema.

There are multiple schools and parks in the area for such a small suburb and its central location makes it easy to get to most Sydney areas.

A nice, wide and definitely more desirable street in Beverly Hills. Lots of nice houses and duplexes with good sized plots of land. It's also far away enough from King Georges to mitigate unwanted noises.
