Yes, there are good and bad streets, but you get that in every suburb.

Davoren park is great for investors and with the Playford Alive Redevelopment you will see alot of changes in the near future, with streets being upgraded, houses renovated, greater community involvement and less housing trust. The first street that is seeing a dramatic change is Blight Street.

I have lived in Davoren park for nearly 2 years and really its not as bad as some say. Yes, you get your ferals but you get them anywhere you go. My neighbours are great and there is a good community watch system in my street.

I'm a stone throw away from public schools, public transprt and the local shops.
