If you are looking for community, then this is it. 9 km to CBD and close to garden city and moorooka, sherwood and Rocklea markets!! Its great! Quite and friendly. I have owned in Tramore Street for almost 5 years and my house has doubled in value and my neighbour is great and used to bring my washing in. I love Rocklea and yes it flooded in 1974, but so did most of Brisbane!!
