Population is dense and predominantly Asian. Most of the Restaurants in the area reflect this. If you love an Asian snack its pretty good.
The rent is reasonably expensive but the upside is most shitlords cant afford it so generally the people who live here are nice. Extremely convenient access to both shopping center and train station. There are plenty of parks and places to take your kids. The population is pretty dense and its apartment or bust so if you dont mind not having a yard i reckon its a good place.
