Great little Street.All houses in the street are mondern and are only on one side of the road which means its safer for your kids to play on there scooters/ bikes out the front.
Both ourselves and our neighbours built our homes and take great pride in how our street looks.
However there are alot of houses for rent in the street. which means you can get those people who you dont necessarily like. but the good thing is there only renting! which means they will generally stay for 1 or 2 contracts.
Walking distance to RBP primary school and a new childcare facility opening on the corner of hallets and school rd.
Double check with your internet/phone provider reception is available before you move in though as it can have its drop out areas. I fine the 3 and telstra work fine and vodafone has its dropout zones.
