Both Caringbah and Caringbah North have easy access to the most important aspects of the shire; beaches, waterways, Westfield shopping centre, cafes, eateries, the hospital, the station and also some very good schools. Developers are transforming the old central area of Caringbah, into a trendy area full of upmarket apartments with retail stores below, similar to the Woolooware Bay area. Just wait, in another few years you will not recognise the area. Don’t be the one who says ‘if only I’d bought in a few years ago’.
