Lovely neighbours, convenient spot to large shopping centres and close proximity to nice schools. Cant ask for more. I'd recommend my family and friends get properties here.

There are some horrible tenants around, very aggressive and noisy at night. Calling police all the time and although it gets solved promptly but it happens too frequently. In the middle of exercising my right with legal power to evict some terrifying neighbours.
