Located 5 min walk from the local shopping hub of williamstown, and 10 minutes to the tourist lure of nelson place, you can walk 12 min in the opp direction to the bot gardens and the beach. So close to the city and public transport, really there is no need for a car. Never a lack of something to do, or someone to talk to: - a fabulous location.

For young families, there are an abundance of parks, and always someone friendly to chat with. Childcare is a major issue. (6mths + wait)

A country town, very close to Melbourne. The only thing it lacks is tram tracks and decent restaurants... there is the Prince Albert, but not much else. (Aug 10)
