Lots of parks and a great river walk.
Accessible to most beaches bring only 30mins away
Good schools and community feel.
Large wide streets and no high rise
Croydon park isn’t far from summer hill but more affordable.
Would be great to see a town centre created like they have in summer hill. Was talk of that at one point.

Heart of Shoalhaven. So central to beautiful national parks, huskinson and Vincentia.
Peaceful location with many birds and kangaroos. Lovely golf course.
This area is still a hidden secret unlike Vincentia.
It’s 10 mins to Vincentia and hyams beach. Unlike those locations it’s quiet and nice to escape from the crowds.

Just need a few good restaurants & coffee shops .

Perfect location quiet & surrounded by nature. Close to Robina town centre.
Broadbeach a short drive away. Hinterland close by. Beautiful location and surrounded by gold courses.
