"A great and also affordable suburb"

This suburb is great in terms of neighbourhood, safety, quietness, shopping, train stations, freeway access. It is also good in terms of public transport, parks, street trees, medical centres, hospitals, primary and secondary schools, fitness clubs, pools, libraries, universities, etc.
There are 2 train lines with many train stations around. Hoppers Crossing and Tarneit train stations serve people well but Tarneit train station is a bit crowded during mornings. It takes approx 30 mins to go to Melbourne CBD by train from either train station.
Access to and from Melbourne or Geelong is easy via Princes freeway. Some people complained about freeway access just because they did not know the Hoppers Lane hub. It takes approx 10 mins to access the Princes freeway to go to Melbourne/Geelong from the centre of Hoppers Crossing.
Pacific Werribee Plaza is a super big shopping centre and is one of biggest shopping centres in Melbourne now. The East Werribee Precinct has been announced as the second CBD for Melbourne in the future.
House prices are cheap, compared to the east. A normal house is about $600K while a similar house in the east would cost at least $1.2 mil.
