"Pretty (noisy)"

Beautiful gardens in the areas but they come with a catch especially if you work from home. It takes almost 2 weeks of noise to maintain them, one day is the guys on the ride on mowers, the next day are the guys with the push lawn mowers, the next day the guys that do the lawn edges turn up, the next day the hedge trimmers, the next day someone blowing the leaves, etc, etc. I also have noisy neighbours, people who drag stuff around all day long, every day or just tap all day - do they have a carpentry business? I don't know. There is a mix of cultures and I had an encounter with an aggressive idiot because my dog is well trained and can walk off the leash and his doesn't so he made the stupid comment and I told him to mind his own business, right J?
If you live near the access to the water also expect a lot of people with an without dogs walking by and if you have a neighbour with a loud dog you'll hear it every day.
IGA is great, views are very nice but it is noisy and yeah, parking can be a problem if you have more cars than private parking spots. You also need to stop at crossings in the area because too many times cars don't especially those coming out of IGA onto Magnolia Dr maybe because the 2 stop signs are out of the way of their phone screen or because their eye balls are fixed.
When you balance cost to live hear with all the burdens I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're thinking of buying; if you rent, see for yourself but if you read this, you have been warned.
