I've lived in Chelsea 9 years nearly and it has Woolworths, little shops, cafes & restaurants , beach, hotel, library, police station, primary schools, post office, newsagency, train station and Bicentennial Park ect. It's a nice middle class suburb. They say if you invest in a good area you should double your investment after 10 years and I have done that with the unit I purchased. Chelsea has great infrastructure and most importantly a friendly vibe.
