Wavell Heights

"Some nice city views but a little too pretentious and lots of run down unkept properies"

If you are a luck one you might get a city gimps. Driving through the suburb its a bit overrated yes it has some really beautiful properties but I can assure you 3 doors down is a dump. Traffic can be hard either Sandgate or Gympie rd to get anywhere as there are so many sets of lights.

"Sweet and happy little suburb"

We moved here 1 year ago and have nothing bad to say about. Its quite peaceful and a happy place to live
