Belair is extremely convenient with Marion shopping down the hill, brighton beach a little further on and then easy access to cbd via car or train. And to escape the hustle and bustle of suburbia life, you can be nestled in your own private paradise where subdivision restrictions cator for larger blocks. There are some older properties ripe for renovation where better quality 50's and 60's and 70' properties were constructed which clearly were gems in their day. Some parts of belair have magnificent views however the more manageable blocks on less undulating land are found at the edge of Glenalta and monalto estate. Similar homes just down the hill at Mitcham and Torrens park would fetch much higher prices so for a short travel up the hill definately a bargain.
