Springvale south is an amazing suburb filled with small community outlets. A lot of people have lived here for the pass 20+ years, it is filled with good food and plenty of parks and reserve. I lived here all my life, a lot of redevelopment of old homes shows how much this suburb is safely guarded. A low turn over of properties keeps this suburb with generations of family to come.
