I moved to Sebastopol 12 months ago in July 2024. Came from Melbourne. Bought a modestly priced house in Vickers St, close to everything like Woolworths, Aldi, UFS Medical etc. I'm close to the Yuille Wetlands area which is great for bike riding and walking etc. Love it, the people are great and friendly. Pleased to say my home has increased in value significantly in just 12 months, not that I want to sell at all. I'm here for the long haul. I agree with the reviews that Sebastopol is on the way up and is gentrifying. It's just 3 mins in the car to the Ballarat CBD also. Sebastopol is becoming an inner-city gem
