Epping has been developing so much recently and becoming the most important suburb in the North. With public and private hospitals, pacific Epping, huge Bunnings and Costco with unique petrol station in Epping, you can go wrong when buying RE in this suburb. With a lot of available land as people are only can buy cheaper RE in Epping North and Wollert, Epping has opportunity to become CBD in the North with many shops, hotels, apartments. Close to airport, M80 and North-East link in the next 5 years, I can imagine it will become one of the best suburb in Melbourne. The council needs to build more recreation centre, library and playgrounds for a lot of families choose to live in this wonderful place.
