"Very potential!"
Won't be surprised the median prices of houses and units in the area are better than ever. New expansion of the Glenquarie Shopping Center with Coles, Woolworth and Aldi... 870, 871 and 872 buses cover almost every street. Back and forth to Sydney CBD just 45' with every 10' express trains in peak hours. Two selective schools within 5 kms.
