Close proximity to the city and river. Has dodgy parts closer to kewdale. Have lived in rivervale for the past 3 and 1/2 years on Gladstone road and felt safe most of the time but nearby crime has always been present. No good cafes nearby unfortunately however there are some other shops.
This suburb has so much potential however there is zero culture here, could be like mount lawley howeve the lack of culture makes this suburb not worth it.
