I have bought the property and lived here for 4 years. Safe multicultural neighborhood (Australian, Italian, Macedonian, Greek, Chinese, Arabs, Indian, Filipino, Indonesian). Many places to go for shopping; Costco, Pacific Epping, Westfield Plenty Valley. Only 45 mins drive to the city without traffic. Another places nearby (about 15-20 minutes drive on weekend) that I love to visit: Farm Vigano and Kingsbury Sunday Market.

I was lucky to buy my property when the price was still ok (350k for 530m2 land!).

However the traffic getting worse each year.
