Thnnks to the wide green corridor of parks through the middle of the suburb and the emphasis on trees, this is a quiet, generally hassle-free area. What issues there might be are usually due to the edges of the area (some cement dust work complaints, a bit of train noise, the occasional local nuisance who is reported to CoSafe quick smart). Prices for houses in the area are rising, but do range from the millions in the hill rise and a little less in the older, valley-area region. Good range of schools, thankfully well supplied due to local small shops and a highly active community group online and in council who are proactive when it comes to environmental or social threats. Will absolutely raise in profile over time (despite having a name that makes people go "....where?")!
