I went for a house viewing of this property few weeks ago and I must say that the work that the owner has done on this unit is absolutely beautiful, with the outdoor area being my favourite. The only reason why I didnt pursue it any futher is because the unit is too small. I'm not sure that I'll be able to have many guests around at all.
