These are the things I love about Ascot Vale.
-I love the tree-lined streets.
-Being close to the show grounds with many festivals, multi-cultural activities and expos.
-On the doorstep of Victorias racecourse (Flemington) & all the cup activities (I am a member).
-Close to the city. Heaps of public transport: trams, trains, buses.
-Excellent shopping in Union Rd, you can get all necessities there. Food variety and restaurants are excellent and varied.
-Excellent library , Riverside golf club, parks, fishing, rowing, canoeing etc.
-Friendly neighbourhood and a safe neighbourhood.
