"overall nice place to live with a few cons"
the street's clean, safe and over all a nice place
great view of the lake
grocery stores are close
many people actually use the street to excercise
the cons are that the bus stop aren't as close as a student would like them to be
the waste management ferries/port or something is a few blocks away
really only minor cons
