"Hard working families live in this area more than 65% actually own there own homes, it might be cheaper, doesn't make it a bad area, great place to live"

- A mixture of retirees and young families a great quiet and sustainable suburb
Not great for
- Out dated housing which means only low/med income holders can afford to live here
