As soon as you enter Patterson Drive from Sunrise Rd you feel a certain ambience. Most properties are just over two acres with beautifully maintained lawns and gardens. The street is a cul de sac so there is basically no through traffic. The residents are a mixture of young families and business people. We have found all neighbours friendly and helpful. There is a mob of kangaroos that seem to be ever present, with an abundance of birdlife.
