Houseos at its finest cars broken into nightly security is dodgey , very unsafe area

I'm very sceptical now, as I am viewing two properties next week for this estate. The reviews what the estate offers is what drew my attention as well as the 24hr security. Should I reconsider

Its not gated. What is security going to do?? Unrealistic. Get cameras, car in garage or theres probably 5 cars to one house. $70 each a week AY

"Too much crime"
Cars and houses broken into daily / nightly . If you are going to be paying an excessive amount for rent look at a different area as it’s not a great area by any means
