This house has a great view of Brisbane Water, although it's a long way back up from the water's edge.

The house is south facing on the southern side of Kincumber mountain reserve which will cast a shadow over the property in winter time.

In order to get the best view, the house has been constructed at the rear of the property, close to the boundary (about a car length in front of the rear fence).

The boundary backs on the Avoca Drive (the main road in/out of Kincumber). The RTA has plans to widen the road within the next ten years, and this possibly means that there will be a 7 metre (approx. two stories high) retaining wall right against the boundary of the property which would make it's value substantially less than what it appears to be today. Caveat Emptor.
