"Nice suburb"

We bought a townhouse very close to station. The place is awesome which some of the reviews doesn't align at all. Things have changed drastically in couple of years. Very friendly people, lots of shopping options, affordable (but not any more), excellent transport and many things. I would say that my investment in this area has high returns .

Great for

Surrounded by larger city services of Springvale,Dandenong & Keysborough.
Plenty of markets within short distance.
Train Service, frequent as 2 lines go through.
Great facilities, aquatic centre, parks, sports ovals
Authentic take away food. indian, chinese etc

Not great for

Knockdown houses will phase out slowly as builders are moving in
