Great street appeal, majority of houses are in superb condition. Neighbours are friendly, landscaped front yards, and houses would be under twenty years old. Good area and far away from housing commission but very close to Eagle Vale Market Place.

Houses would be around twenty to twenty five years old. Majority are bought and owned, however i have been informed that there is at least one house that is owned by the department of housing. Quiet street and friendly neighbours. Majority of the neighbours will look out for each others houses, and there is a mix of ages in this street - from retirees, families with children to young couples. Seems that many people in the street are landscaping their front yards which means good street appeal, and there is a park at the bottom of the cul-de-sac.

Low cost living, good first time homes as well as friendly neighbourhood, but not over the top. A mix of old style homes with new homes, not too far from public transport, but far enough not to hear it.
