Very affordable, beautiful water views, lots of trees and bird life. Good for people who appreciate nature, fishing, boating, work from home or retired. Still very accessible to Brisbane and Gold Coast via fast ferry to Redland bay. As most areas near water/bush mozzies can be a pain in summer. If needing to commute parking on the mainland can be a hassle, council plans to redevelop parking/waterfront/ferry area at Redland bay should hopefully solve this.
