Santander Crescent

"Great street and area, especially at Christmas"

We have been in the street for just over 2 years and have seen it transform from a normal street to unfortunately having planning approval for units (x3) on 1 block and 4 other blocks having 2 units. This is the only downside on what is a street that has a fantastic feel as far as a sense of community and great neighbours looking out for each other.
Christmas time is a fun time for us all, with more than half the street lighting up in one way or another. This is the only time traffic is busy and we certainly welcome people to look at the displays, which all the residents try to add to, to make it better each year.
The only real downside is the lack of broadband to the street, but that is something that is comon to the whole of Point Cook and we have learned to live with slow dial up or wireless since we moved into the area, having been previously spoilt with ADSL.
The street is full of people from various walks of life and all get along famously, as you would expect from a street such as ours.
With the Town Centre nearby the option of dining out has improved over the last 2 years with the addition of new restaurants with various dining options from the food court to alfresco eating at 1 of at least 8 restaurants.
The new addition to the Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre with another Aldi, Kmart and more restaurants and cafes is great.
