I moved from FTG to Rowville and absolutely love it. I would say it is definitely one of the nicest suburbs in knox. Great parks, clean, safe. A lot of first home buyer couples have also purchase in the area. There is also mass development with townhouses and apartments going up across from Stud Park, which attract young couples and first home buyers. So many great cafes, Stud Park has everything you need also. The common theme of limited public transport is true, but that doesn’t bother me at all. FTG and Boronia station attract strange people and I’d prefer to live in a nicer suburb without a station than with a station and a mix of unique characters.
