"Best kept secret on the North"
Greensborough is 20 kms north of city with easy access to the east (Eastern Freeway), to the west (Western Ring Road) then Princess Freeway or to the very north (Hume Highway). I have done door to door non stop to Torquay in 1 hour 15 mins! Its also a jump skip and hop to the airport (20 mins). Just on the cusp of the green belt.
Banyule city council has been active in investing in infrastructure - Watermarc is the largest indoor water slide in the southern hemisphere. The vineyards are not far in Kangaroo Ground of the Yarra Glen. Houses are reasonable in price and being on the correct side of the ring road - fewer traffic jams.
Neighbourhood is a mix of mature and young families. Kilparin Lake is do under a yet another facelift....this is the suburb to be in!

"The best kept secret...."
This street has to be one of the best in Greensborough. The houses are new and neighbours are friendly - all kids play together unlike any other suburb I have seen in Victoria.
10 minutes drive and you can be up in Kangaroo Grounds sipping wine or latte at one of the many vineyards. What more could you ask for!
