Riverview Road runs parallel to Doncaster Road between Doncaster Road and the Eastern Freeway. It is a beautiful street boasting some of North Balwyns most established elms, some more than 50 years old. The street is extremely quiet and due to its orientation avoids much of the suburbs traffic. Riverview Road is well situated and close to Bellevue shops, Balwyn shopping centre, Balwyn Road shops, and Greythorn Shops. The road is also close to great schools including Balwyn High school, and St Bede's Primary. Riverview Road is also located close enough to the freeway to provide fantastic travel times (15 minutes to the city) while being far enough away from the freeway to avoid any noise or traffic pollution. Overall, it is a Great place to live 10/10.
