"Better than nearby suburbs in Logan"
Better amenities compared to Hillcrest and Boronia Heights. But houses are old and poorly maintained lawns are downsides of this suburb.

"Hooligans and thiefs"
Noisy bikers, thiefs stealing car wipers and wheel cups. I hate the place, had to visit my siblings living there. Recommend anyone not moving there if you haven't done so.
