astounding

Lived in Hornsby for 6 years. So I'll attempt to be objective based on my observations:

1) Surrounded by the mountains. 5 min drive and you're in the most quiet, secluded and isolated part of Sydney... the pure, luscious green-ery... where you can mediate, contemplate and reconnect with yourself.

2) Hornsby is like a self-contained city. It literally has EVERYTHING. Gigantic Westfield, train station, Hospital, OfficeWorks, absolutely everything you could ever want!

3) Area is rapidly expanding. As of Jan 2013, they've destroyed the already-big pool, and rebuilding it into a gigantic Olympic size pool.

4) There's sports field to exercise.

5) Very clean streets. And no holes in the roads.


Subjectively... I love the place. Because (1) It's for business men like myself where all commercial activity is nearby, and (2) it's in pure nature... allowing spiritual people like myself to get away every morning and reconnect with beautiful mother earth.
