Cintra Road is a little gem. It's on the 'high' side of Bowen Hills - very residential, and just a short walk to Emporium and the new Riverpark development. It's also just one block to Bowen Hills station, with a train to the city every 2 minutes or so during peak hour. The downsides are the new council parking regulations that strictly enforce the 2 hour limit, otherwise you need paid parking or a resident permit. Also, the local primary school is Fortitude Valley, which is really small (less than 40 kids) so this may not suit very many people with a young children. But....it's an up and coming area and super convenient to the city and the RBH.
